Privacy notice
This notice explains how Climber Capital SA processes personal data when you visit this website or contact us through it. It is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our client relationships are covered by our separate Data Privacy Notice.
Who is responsible
Climber Capital SA, Grand-Rue 15, CH-1260 Nyon, Switzerland, is responsible for this processing. For any data protection question, contact [name / data protection contact] at info@climbercapital.ch or by post at the address above.
Visiting this website
When you visit this website, our hosting provider, [hosting provider, location], automatically records technical data in server log files: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser type. We use this data only to run the website securely and to detect misuse, and delete it after [number] days. Legal basis under the GDPR: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social media tools. Two choices are saved in your own browser (local storage) and never sent to us: your language, and your answer to the privacy settings, so that we do not ask again on every visit. You can delete them at any time by clearing your browser data, and change your privacy choice at any time under “Privacy settings” at the bottom of the home page.
Fonts and scripts
All fonts and scripts are served from our own website. To display these pages, your browser does not contact Google, content delivery networks or other third parties; the only exceptions are the contact form and the map, described below.
Map
The map in the contact section is loaded only if you accept the privacy settings or click “Show map”. It is then provided by the Swiss Federal Office of Topography (swisstopo), Seftigenstrasse 264, 3084 Wabern, Switzerland, which receives your IP address in order to deliver the map. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time under “Privacy settings”.
Contact form
If you accept the privacy settings, you can send us an enquiry through our contact form. The details you enter (name, email address, telephone number, city and country, and your message) are transmitted by the FormSubmit service, operated by Devro LABS [address, country], which forwards them to us by email. We use them solely to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a client relationship, and keep them only as long as needed, unless a client relationship follows or statutory retention obligations apply. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). If you prefer not to use FormSubmit, you can write to us at info@climbercapital.ch or call +41 22 361 66 11.
Disclosure and transfers abroad
We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own purposes. Website data is hosted and processed in [Switzerland]. FormSubmit may process contact form data outside Switzerland and the EU/EEA, in countries that may not offer an equivalent level of data protection. By accepting the privacy settings you expressly consent to this transfer (Art. 17(1)(a) FADP; Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR).
Your rights
You may ask for access to your personal data, and for its correction or deletion. You may also object to processing, ask for it to be restricted, request your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Write to us at the address above. You may also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, www.edoeb.admin.ch) or, if you live in the EU or EEA, to the data protection authority in your country.
EU representative
Our representative in the European Union under Art. 27 GDPR is [name and address, if appointed].
